Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The day includes overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, managing costs, and assembling the necessary resources to successfully deliver engineering or construction projects. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is a key aspect to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to optimize engineering processes and outcomes. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. - Strong expertise in managing engineering projects across multiple disciplines including manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering. - Experience in resource planning and allocation to meet project deadlines and quality standards. - Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop innovative, scalable solutions. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with configuration management and technical project management principles.
