Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting. - Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within enterprise environments. - Experience in leading software development projects and coordinating with diverse teams. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management in software applications. - Excellent analytical skills to assess requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
