This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous monitoring, investigation, and collaboration to maintain system integrity and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the organization's technology infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS). - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to Oracle Planning and Budgeting environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues within enterprise planning systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning in Oracle Planning and Budgeting contexts.
