Project Role : Technology Support Engineer Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting business continuity through effective communication and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in documenting and sharing best practices to improve team knowledge. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Experience with software deployment and configuration management. - Strong troubleshooting skills related to application installation and compatibility issues. - Familiarity with change management processes and tools. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. - Good communication skills to document and share technical knowledge clearly.
