Coordinate teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely to the target system. The individual manages the migration approach, implements necessary controls, and addresses any risks that may arise to maintain a seamless and dependable transition. Throughout the day, the lead collaborates with various stakeholders to align efforts and ensure that the migration objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize data migration processes and improve overall project outcomes. - Monitor progress and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met. - Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the project. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices within cloud-based data warehousing environments. - Experience in designing and implementing data migration frameworks that ensure data integrity and security. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data migration issues across diverse systems and platforms. - Familiarity with data validation, reconciliation techniques, and performance tuning in data warehouse environments. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
