This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role demands continuous alignment of software solutions with organizational goals, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver robust software products is a key aspect of daily activities, along with mentoring team members and fostering a productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure code quality and consistency. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives. - Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures. - Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery. - Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment. - Familiarity with integration of transportation management systems within enterprise environments. - Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
