The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different phases of application development and deployment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Experience in designing and configuring enterprise-level applications using Veeva Vault platform. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Veeva Vault environments. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes related to Veeva Vault.
