Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective software solutions. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and promote best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong expertise in developing and optimizing ABAP programs for SAP HANA environments. - Experience with performance tuning and debugging complex SAP applications. - Ability to design and implement enhancements using modern SAP development tools and techniques. - Familiarity with integration of SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow. - Skilled in applying agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
