You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a deep understanding of business acumen, allowing you to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and contribute to impactful delivery engagements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management. - Strong understanding of business process integration and change management. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
