This role requires taking charge of the development process, ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, coordinating efforts and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within cloud environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. - Experience in integrating various software components to create cohesive solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
