Project Role : Engineering Services Practitioner Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management. Must have skills : Illustration Design Good to have skills : Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Mechanical Design Engineering Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at creating effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates across disciplines to ensure that engineering problems are resolved efficiently, applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic understanding, and hands-on experience to deliver impactful results within the business context. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements. - Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing and compliance. - Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and best practices. - Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Illustration Design. - Good To Have Skills: Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Mechanical Design Engineering. - Strong ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear and precise visual representations. - Experience with design software and tools relevant to illustration and technical documentation. - Understanding of engineering principles related to structural integrity and stress analysis. - Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to integrate design and engineering requirements.
