Any workday certification is preferred, but not mandatory Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of functionality and user experience. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and usability, all while maintaining a focus on delivering quality results that align with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday reporting tools. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience in configuring security roles and permissions within Workday. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management in Workday.
