Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional objectives. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing progress, evaluates key performance indicators, and ensures effective resolution of issues to uphold product quality and reliability. Collaboration with diverse teams is essential to foster continuous improvement and seamless integration of quality processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA. - Strong expertise in quality engineering principles and testing methodologies. - Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. - Ability to define and track key quality metrics to monitor test execution and defect management. - Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing cross-functional collaboration. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and ecosystem integration.
