The position demands a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and translating them into functional applications, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize application performance and scalability. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between systems. - Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
