Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong understanding of financial management processes within utility industries. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between SAP components. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability.
