The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for providing L2/L3 application support Chromeleon, OpenLab LabX from Mettler Toledo, Metrohm, MassLib LabQ , with mandatory hands-on experience in support and configuration. The role supports laboratory digital workflows and ensures system availability and performance. Exposure to chemical R&D environments or a chemistry background is an added advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development. - Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. - Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
