This includes creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands and ensure solutions are tailored effectively. The workday is dynamic, balancing strategic planning with hands-on engagement to drive process improvements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and align process improvements with business objectives. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques. - Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications. - Ability to conduct comprehensive user and task analysis to inform process design. - Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive consensus and implement solutions. - Familiarity with change management principles to support process adoption.
