This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that solutions meet strategic business goals. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align development efforts with organizational priorities, while maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing software products. The lead also monitors progress and fosters an environment that supports innovation and quality throughout the project duration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Drive the adoption of best practices and architectural standards across projects to enhance software quality and maintainability. - Mentor and support team members to develop their technical skills and promote knowledge sharing within the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment with business requirements. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend improvements and innovations in software architecture. - Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies related to software design and delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Experience in leading software development teams and managing technical delivery. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to provide innovative solutions.
