Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable software applications using Java Enterprise Edition. - Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and tools that complement Java Enterprise Edition. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software components to improve performance. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
