The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve service management processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues effectively. - Experience with incident management and problem-solving methodologies in cloud environments. - Ability to design and implement process improvements for service management. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions under pressure.
