Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. You will provide consultative services that bridge business needs with technological solutions, facilitating seamless integration across various platforms. Your role includes driving collaborative discussions focused on transformation initiatives and customer journey enhancements. You will work to ensure that both functional and application designs align with the overarching business objectives, fostering effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive integration solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop strategic approaches to resolve them. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and development. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration strategies with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using various middleware and API technologies. - Ability to analyze complex system interactions and troubleshoot integration issues effectively. - Familiarity with data exchange formats and protocols such as JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP. - Experience in automating workflows and processes to enhance system interoperability. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable integration architectures.
