Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications within SAP environments. - Strong understanding of database concepts and integration techniques relevant to SAP HANA. - Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software development frameworks. - Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing software components to improve functionality and efficiency. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
