This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to meet evolving business challenges effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in coding standards. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable web applications. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
