The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to meet evolving business requirements and improve overall system performance. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Strong experience in designing and optimizing data models within cloud-based data warehousing environments. - Ability to write complex queries and perform performance tuning to ensure efficient data retrieval. - Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools to support seamless data flow across systems. - Experience with scripting and automation to streamline data processing and management tasks. - Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements related to data storage and access.
