The role requires continuous enhancement of existing modules and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development within the team. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neo4j. - Strong understanding of graph data modeling and query languages. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance database solutions. - Familiarity with integration of graph databases into custom software applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize database performance in complex environments.
