The role requires actively engaging in designing, coding, and refining solutions that enhance client service delivery. The work environment encourages adopting innovative technologies and methodologies, fostering a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of daily activities, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve team productivity and product quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
