The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable applications. - Experience in agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability. - Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
