The role requires close collaboration with diverse teams to develop innovative and client-focused creative solutions that tell a compelling visual story, ensuring that the final deliverables resonate with the intended audience and meet project objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the creative direction and ensure alignment with client goals and brand guidelines. - Mentor junior designers to foster skill development and encourage innovative thinking. - Coordinate project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design. - Strong expertise in visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging graphics. - Experience with industry-standard design software and tools relevant to motion graphics. - Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to integrate visual elements seamlessly. - Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition to enhance visual impact. - Skilled in adapting designs for various media formats, including digital and print.
