This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple groups to align technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong knowledge of data integration and management within Salesforce environments. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable application architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
