Must have skills : Microsoft Azure Architecture Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous learning of emerging technologies are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of system features ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software components. - Use approved AI assistants to support Azure architecture design, infrastructure-as-code authoring, design documentation, and test planning. Validate generated designs and configurations for security, identity, network isolation, resilience, deployment risk, and cost before approval protect client data and retain human review accountability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Experience with cloud service models, infrastructure as code, and scalable application design. - Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies. - Ability to design secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud solutions. - Experience in automating deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous delivery processes. - Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes. - AI Technical Skills: Hands-on use of approved AI assistants with context-rich prompting, generated-design review, and deployment validation. Ability to architect Azure-hosted LLM services, structured outputs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with secure data access, identity controls, private networking, observability, and human approval gates. Evaluate response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling. AI tech stack: project-approved Azure-hosted LLM APIs, Azure AI Search or approved retrieval/vector stores, Azure API Management, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and infrastructure as code. Framework and platform choices are project-dependent.
