This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software performance and scalability with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to deliver impactful results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. - Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong expertise in financial modules and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Skilled in code review processes and quality assurance practices to uphold development standards. - Competence in collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success and innovation.
