You engage in creating innovative solutions that enhance client services by integrating modern technologies. Your work is driven by a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, allowing you to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects of your role as you contribute to delivering seamless and efficient software experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment. - Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
