Must have skills : SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and meet established objectives. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to navigate the complexities of global collaboration and deliver successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting project timelines and deliverables. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Sales and Distribution modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to order management, pricing, and billing within SAP SD. - Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Materials Management and Finance.
