Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in C# Programming Language. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with application lifecycle management and version control systems. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
