The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and addressing any maintenance or enhancement needs. Collaboration with team members and clients to align development efforts with project goals is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that software components are robust, efficient, and meet business expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements. - Document technical specifications and design decisions to support development and maintenance. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. - Continuously evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and integration patterns within Salesforce environments. - Experience with designing scalable and secure solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions. - Familiarity with development lifecycle processes including version control, testing, and deployment. - Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles relevant to Salesforce implementations.
