This role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: Required Proficiency in below Skill: 1. Core Java, 2. Applications Architecture 3 - Java Architecture Good to have skill below: 1. Angular 2. Multiplatform Front End Development React - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment. - Understanding of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
