Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting. - Strong experience in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday environments. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions. - Familiarity with Workday data sources, calculated fields, and report writer tools. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing report performance to meet user expectations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
