Job Description We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Fairview Heights location. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Fairview Heights and surrounding areas Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption Load, unload, and transport packages while ensuring products arrive in excellent condition Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance targets Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer issues Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules Knowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practices Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
