Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : Jakarta EE Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business objectives is a key part of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective solution delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business goals. - Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE. - Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. - Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently. - Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
