Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. - Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong expertise in financial modules and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Skilled in code review processes and quality assurance practices to uphold development standards. - Competence in collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success and innovation.
