This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and facilitating communication across various teams to maintain project momentum. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations while optimizing the use of available tools, training, and assets. The Security Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in driving project progress and ensuring quality outcomes within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and delivery standards. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or challenges. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management. - Experience with identity and access management frameworks and best practices. - Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity management. - Ability to design and implement scalable identity solutions within enterprise environments. - Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with cloud and on-premises applications. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex identity and access management issues.
