Complex Care Assistant

Job Description What you’ll do We are looking for a compassionate and flexible Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a strong focus on therapy-based care. The role involves assisting with a range of therapies at home, in local facilities, and at specialist centres in the South West, with occasional overnight stays and trips away, including family holidays and potential future travel abroad. You will also support the client in attending medical and personal appointments, encourage outdoor activities, and work closely with the client’s locally based family. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with full training and clinical support in a supportive, person-centred environment. Qualifications What you’ll need You’ll need to be caring and compassionate, and a good listener. No experience is required and that full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be required to use the service user’s car, for this purpose only candidates over the age of 25 will be permitted to drive due to insurance policy Additional Information Why choose us?
