This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0, Murex Back Office Workflows. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development. - Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and connectivity protocols within financial software environments.
