This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive innovation and maintain high-quality outputs is a key aspect of daily activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures within the ServiceNow platform. - Experience in integrating IT operations management tools with enterprise systems to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions that meet business requirements. - Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
