You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements, continuously refining software to enhance performance and adaptability within dynamic project settings. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and user experience. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Experience with designing and implementing custom components using Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce environments. - Capability to optimize software performance and ensure scalability of solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
