Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition. Must have skills : Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes coordinating various activities to ensure they align with the overall business objectives. The role requires continuous evaluation and refinement of processes, as well as defining or redefining organizational structures to support improved outcomes. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to maintain seamless integration of efforts and drive measurable improvements is a key aspect of daily responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic planning sessions to align business function goals with organizational objectives. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation. - Monitor progress and performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong knowledge of cloud-based service models and their application in business environments. - Experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects within complex organizational settings. - Ability to analyze and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration across diverse teams. - Capability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges that arise during implementation phases.
