This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance, while fostering collaboration among team members to deliver robust and efficient software solutions aligned with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management, SAM Pro Experience Tester. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
