You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support organizational goals and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with system integration and troubleshooting within manufacturing environments. - Ability to design scalable software architectures tailored to manufacturing execution systems. - Familiarity with coding standards, version control, and continuous integration practices. - Capability to analyze and optimize software performance in complex industrial settings.
