The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to address complex business challenges and deliver high-quality software products that meet evolving requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for managing LabVantage LIMS configuration initiatives including requirements analysis, solution design, workflow configuration, integrations, and release support, while overseeing day-to-day activities of a small team, with mandatory hands-on experience in LabVantage LIMS, Java, and JavaScript. The role includes technical ownership, stakeholder coordination, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality and compliance across deliveries. Experience working with chemical laboratories or a chemistry education background is an added advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and agile software development methodologies. - Ability to design and implement robust APIs and integrate third-party services. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques within Laboratory Information and Execution Systems context. - Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of complex software applications.
