Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum, Agile Program Management. - Strong experience in managing software development cycles using Scrum methodologies. - Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Skilled in coordinating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs effectively. - Experience in tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of software components. - Competence in using agile project management tools to monitor and report on team performance.
